Hi just looking for some advice

I've been put into a situation but I don't fully understand and haven't had much support other than from the local MP trying to help

HMRC are saying, but I missed the reconfirmation for funded hours witch, I believe I haven't and seem to have been a glitch on their side. I filed a complaint with them after multiple times telling me I need to fill out a compensation form yet. I haven't received. A statement to pay any funding yet. So I haven't got a reason to fill that out yet

I believe I've done the reconfirmation when they sent me a message. In July but the previous confirmation that I had completed in March stated that I needed to reconfirm in May. But never received this prompt message to do so I had a massive gap from March. The last message I receive Reconfirm, and then the next july, which leaves a massive gap that should have been may.

They stated that this is my fault, whereas I feel as if this could have been a technical fault, han said that it would be put down to human error and that I wouldn't receive any funding for my children until january.

My son, who is Twill not receive 15 hours as we are working. Parents and not claiming benefits
More recently, he has been referred CDC for potential diagnosis of asd. He is delayed and his speech and needs this time to be around other children. His age for his development reasons and if I was to send him, I would have to send my daughter as she would feel left out. Anne wouldn't understand why he would be going and not herself.

Has anyone ever been in this situation where grace periods have been given? Where preschools don't have the fund to do this, or is there any other support networks that I can reach that? Can help to send my children into preschool at the moment? I have some fund in the pot from tax-free credit But that wouldn't see them through till January and for me to pay for their childcare, I'd have to do overtime, which isn't doable when they're at home. As that's the only time I could do this as I work evenings.

Any advice would be grateful as I've wait for the local MP to get back to me tomorrow. I just need some sort of comforting replies as it's been a very stressful couple of days for me. Thank you
