Hi, I'd like to ask if anyone has experience with Breside school kindergarten in particular? How do you find the settings compared with a nursery or other schools? How do you find the after school clubs for this age? Do many move on to reception?

No idea where this is, or even what country! Sorry.

Post again with Bromley Kent in the title.

There's a Braeside prep elsewhere (note spelling).

We had a very positive experience with Breaside but didn't use the kindergarten as DC joined at age of 3.5. I'm sure the school can tell you roughly how many continue to reception. The rule used to be you needed to complete the pre school year full time to be guaranteed a reception place.

OK, I'm actually near Braeside (Essex) and don't rate it. I don't know anything about this one.

As a kindergarten no bad and fees are similar to nursery. After school class for this age is usually limited- dance, ballet, yoga. But there is a after school club for all year group. The site is small. So it's best to use 4 plus entry to get your child into a better private school or head for state primary, as the fees are not worth paying for after this point. Note that the Breaside contract says parents have to give 2 terms notice, if leaving before reception. They have done this to try to stop/catch out those who try to leave before reception. So be mindful.
