My daughter will turn three on 20 January 2009 and school term begins in January. If she starts preschool in January, can I get funding from February onwards (I will pay full fees for the first month of January) or do I have to pay full fees the whole term ( Jan- April) myself and only get funding from the next term.
Has anyone experienced?
