My son is a really confident child always has been. He’s been going to a childminder 1 day a week since he was 16 months and loves it and always has, any setting he’s never been bothered me being there and happy to go and get stuck into anything.
He started pre school 2 days a week at the beginning of September first day he was fine and his taster days he was fine too ran straight in started playing etc.
2nd day of going he kicked off going in cried and had to be taken in crying. He’s done this ever since and now doesn’t want to go out anywhere.
Please tell me if anyone has had this from a really confident child. And please tell me it gets better. It’s heart breaking seeing him get so worked up!
