My son is 3 and has gone into the "big room" (pre-school) this September. The manager stands at the door where the children go past. Last year whoever was at the door would take the bags off of the children and pass them to their key worker. They have only been back 1 week, my son passed her his bag and instead of "good morning" she just shouted "GO" in quite an aggressive tone. My son has only recently turned 3 in the summer and we dont just shout at him as soon as we see him so I didn't like that attitude. My friend's son has a real issue going in so she has done her best to get him used to going in without her. But the manager today just said "oh just go in with him" that massively misses the point and ruins the hard work of my friend. The attitude was off the end of last term but her crap attitude is in full force now.
