Daughter started pre school in January last year. She’s my first to attended preschool rather than a private nursery, so I didn’t realise I was supposed to get a 30 hour code still. School have asked me to come in today because they’ve just noticed I don’t have one. I’ve gone online and it says I’m eligible and that I can’t reapply until my present one runs out in January 2023. But they haven’t sent a new code, and the school says the old code isn’t working for them. Has anyone had this? What can I do? Thanks!
