Lunchbox ideas

Hi all, my 3 year old is due to start day long preschool sessions soon and I was just wondering what to put in her lunchbox.
The preschool doesn't have any stipulations apart from no products containing nuts or sesame.
I'm realistic in that I don't have time to be preparing gourmet lunchboxes from scratch but want to keep it balanced and varied.
I'd like to maybe have a framework and compile a list of combinations so I don't have to think too much what to buy each week.
I'd love to see some ideas please.
Thanks.

Pizza pinwheels that you can make in batches.
Breadsticks/veggie sticks and cream cheese/hummus.
Wraps
Sandwich
Pasta
Rice cakes
My DS likes chicken goujons/sausage rolls/quorn nuggets
Pots of chopped up strawberries/raspberries/grapes
Yoghurt
Cheese sticks
Raisin box
Smoothie or fruit juice box

Crackers too! My DS loves making cheese and crackers.

I tend to go with..

one carb - crackers, wrap, pasta, sausage roll, sandwich..
one dairy - yogurt, cut up pieces of cheese, babybel
fruit/veg - piece of fruit, berries, cucumber/carrot sticks & hummus
one extra - crisps, kids snack bar (organix stuff), something we've baked at home, biscuits
& a drink
