If you are serious I wounldnt bother with a tutor but would spend holidays in france and let him hear it spoken around him

there are french clubs around but they are mainly for primary kids IIRC

My DH family are all fluent french speakers and only really speak French at home so he is all ready used to hearing it spoken around him and he can speak a bit I would like to take it further now

Try to find him a French chilmdinder (like me!) and he will be able to hear french, play in french, listen to stories in french and watch french tv all day long ...

rachounette, where are you?

My DD1 aged 3 asked to learn french after enjoying a holiday in France and I found a weekly 'Fun French' class for 3-4 year olds at our local leisure centre (Malden centre, SW London). She really enjoys the class, it's a drop off class and they do play, songs and crafts but all in French with a lovely French lady.
