Hi,
moving to the Surbiton area and wondering if anyone has any experience of King Charles road as a road to live on? Also what the estate opposite it is like? We would have to walk through it to the station so ideally would like it to be safe. Is it looked upon as one of the less nice roads? This isn't meant offensively btw, just trying to get more info on the area as we are new.
Also does anyone have any experience of the infant / junior schools nearby? Looks like lime tree is 'required improvement' ofsted, and then there are two C of E primaries rated 'good' but we are atheist so not sure how we feel about them - depends how religious they are I suppose.
Lastly any experience of any of the nurseries or boys preps in the area? Our little boy is 2 currently. Thanks so much!

King Charles road is lovely (but lots of parking restrictions.) They are building a new primary school on it, the site of the old adult education building.
The alpha estate definitely isn't too bad as estates go, absolutely fine to walk through, there's a great children's centre on it.
Christ church and St Matthews are great schools and definitely not overly religious. You may stand a chance at getting in to Grand avenue which is also good.
