Starting up a toddler group

Hi has anyone had experience of starting up a toddler group? If so, How easy is it and can you give me any links to resources,funding etc? Thanks x

Can't help much, but what I can say is that our local health visitors helped to get our toddler group set up, maybe that could be your first point of contact to discuss?
