Need help please. If a child was to give meaning to their mark making, what area of learning would that come under? Expressive art and design or understand the world?

In the eyfs outcomes, sometimes gives meaning to marks as they draw or paint is under literacy 30-50 months. Gives meaning to marks as they draw or paint is literacy 40-60 months.

Beginning to use representation to communicate is EAD, being imaginative, 22-36.
