Anxiety

My little girl is 3 and a half years old and goes to a preschool near where we live. Academically she's fine and above average but socially it's taking a lot longer but she's getting there bit by bit. My main concern is when she gets anxious with new situations that she's not confident/happy with it causes her to wet. Her keyworker has noticed she's like this particularly in the mornings but not in the afternoons as by then her confidence is a lot higher.

I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips/advice as to how deal with this with wetting from being anxious. She starts school September and she will only be 4 years 1 month.

She is dry on a night but we still can have wetting during the day at home sometimes. Drives me crazy but I think she's either lazy or distracted when it happens at home.
