Nurseries in Ealing

I am expecting DS2 and we are moving to the Ealing area. DS1 will be starting school near Ealing Broadway so I would like DS2 to go to a nursery nearby next year when I go back to work. I would like to get our names down on waiting lists sooner rather than later so does anyone have any recommendations for a good nursery for a 9 month old in Ealing.

Thanks

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Have a look at Jumpers nursery at the YMCA building on St Mary's road. It has nice bright rooms and a garden and the children have use of the studio room (where children's ballet classes and the like take place).
The Corner House nursery has a fab reputation (but is more west ealing than broadway) is very very expensive (well, was a few years ago).
Think there is a Happy Child in Ealing Broadway - haven't heard anything bad about it , and there is one on Florence Road, just off the Broadway ?Buttercups? which has also got a good reputation (and I think, the waiting list/prices to match).

I recommend joining the Ealing 135 parent's group - it sends out a newsletter (actually a chunky booklet) every 2 months with a list of local things to do with kids, has open houses to meet other mums and lots of other useful things. www.ealing135.org.uk I think.
