Newbury primary schools

We are relocating to Newbury and have no idea what the Nurseries and primary schools are like. Does anyone know what reputation John Rankin has or St Johns? Also what are the nursery schools like?

Sorry I can't help but I'm also interested in this as we are thinking of moving that way in the near future. My DD is only 19 months at the moment so we have a little bit of time yet.
