Am I too laid back?

My son is 27mo ... I have just started looking into Independant schools within a 5-mile radius from our home ... Is this the best way to look for schools? Any advice out there?

You might be better posting this under 'Education' as there are a LOT of MNers with Private school knowledge.
I look on pre-school as I know quite a bit about pre-schools, but nothing about private schools. Smile

I've just registered my DS for an independent school (same age as yours)

What was important to me may be different to what is important to you.

I have seen 4x independents and decided on one of them as it was the right fit for what I believe in
