Good early learning apps?

Any suggestions for these?

I had a look in the reviews section but its a little sparse.
I have been searching through the android store online but there are so many and they seem full of adverts which is not something i want to expose my little one to.

Found one we both like it's called "Counting Ten", no adverts or other gimmicks in it so i feel safe leaving my daughter alone with it.

Lovely colourful fun numbers and sounds. Will write a full review of it over on that section later.
