council funded nurseries

Any one send thier kids to these nuresries. How are they like. Someone told me about it but also told that her dd did not like it.

do you mean nurseries attached to a primary school that take children from 3? or do you mean council day nurseries whcih will take babies but there are very few places and are usually given to families in need.

I mean the nurseries which take babies as dss are under three.

I think there aren't that many of them and they usually take very needy chidren first. You would have to visit them to find out for yourself as I'm sure that each one will vary.
