I've recently got the Usbourne phonics book with a CD & DD (3.5) loves listening to it & looking at the pictures - can anyone recommend any other story books with CDs appropriate for this age? Doesn't need to be educational :)

My DD has some of the Julia Donaldson books on CD, also Hairy Maclairy, Charlie and Lola and Beatrix Potter.

She doesn't tend to look at the books alongside listening to the CD but enjoys them none-the-less.

Was about to suggest Julia Donaldson, DD also had Winnie the witch books with CD. am racking my brains to think of others. Lara's Star (I think) some of the kipper books by Mick Inkpen. WH smiths also do quite a few of the Disney stories with a book and CD, I think we had little mermaid and cinderella
