What to ask?

I'm looking around a nursery on Tuesday with my little girl, and wondered what questions should I ask?

I want to know as much as I can before I send her but my mind has gone blank in regards to questions!

Any help would be very much appreciated

what qualifications does everyone have
is there a teacher or an early Years professional leading practice and working directly with the. children
what is the routine like
how much time do they get outside
do you need to provide anything (wellies spare clothes water bottle etc)
arrangements for paying fees
