I worked in a nursery several years ago. I'm looking to get back into it but obviously the EYFS has changed. I have an ok understanding of how it's all changed but no practical understanding. I'm wondering about the observations etc... I know the main areas and ELG's have all changed but what do you refer to for your observations. I still have the old EYFS pack with the 24- 36 months, 30- 50 etc.

I'd like to be a bit more clued up before I go for interviews.

If anyone could give me any advice that would be great thanks

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Up todate EYFS info available on www.foundationyears.org.uk.
Method of observations varies greatly, but big emphasis on the characteristics of effective learning & child-led planning at the moment.

Thank you. I'm thinking of going back to do bank work but need to get up to date on everything.
