Helping left handed dd to write

Is there anyone who can give advice/send me in the right direction on helping my dd with writing. She's left handed, I'm right handed. I refused to 'train' her to use her right. But now struggling to help her. She's getting the letters right but is writing them backwards. Any help would be appreciated.

We have a brilliant left handed shop in our city (worcester) and the owners (who have a left handed son) have developed some brilliant resources. Try googling 'wise owl toys' I'll look later for an actual link

I am left handed and ever used anything special at all! You hold the pencil in exactly the same and move across the page in the same way. The letters are formed in the same way. My DDs are both right handed and they learnt without me ever even thinking it was a problem for me or them. If someone is naturally left handed, this is not a problem and they should not be made to change! All us lefties can write you know.....our brains still work. Right handed children get letters round the wrong way too. It is just practice.
