My dd is due to receive 15hrs free playschool in september, do you have to use 15hrs a week?
My dilemma is that I am expecting another baby end of july and the playschool my dd is in only do morning or afternoon sessions, she currently does 2 afternoons aweek. If I did use all 15hrs that would mean she would go every afternoon mon-fri. Might sound silly but Im abit worried that she'll feel pushed out if Im sending her to playschool everyday after the baby's born. I also feel its abit much for a 3yr old to be going everyday. Hope someone can help. Many thanx.x

You are entitled to 15 hours, but it's up to you whether you use them or not. Some places let you take it as 2.5 days a week rather than 5 half-days. A lot of places have limited spaces or strict rules on when the free hours can be taken so do check with your own preschool, especially if you decide not to take the full 15 as there might not be space left to add the extra hours to make up to 15 if you change your mind later.
