Hello,
I am a committee member at our local pre school and we are looking to review our staff contracts. Most of our staff have been with us for many years and there contracts are so out of date! Any advise or samples would be very grateful.
Regards
Anic

Hi,
Contracts of employment are legally binding and of course very important, my preschool had them drawn-up by a solicitor and then checked by Chairperson, Manager and of course the employee themselves before signing.

Our preschool has recently taken on a contract with 'mentor' which is an hr service with nat west I think. They are doing all our contracts.
