DD1 (3) and DD2 (2) attend afternoon sessions at pre-school with a view of DS starting Jan 2013 but I wanted to switch to morning sessions in September.
Am I biting off more than I can chew? I've never been a morning person and although I know I will have to when DD1 goes into reception I think why suffer if I don't have to.
I'm torn between getting up early, getting them all ready and out the door then having our afternoons back or keeping things as they are (relaxed mornings) but wasting our afternoons
