How to set up a nursery

Hi everyone,

I am new to this website and was wondering if anyone can help me. With private child costs rising, I was looking to set up a 2-5 year nursery with some friends. Does anyone have any experience in this?

I need to know the qualification required by me and any staff and any other details you can provide like insurance, ratios e.t.c.

It depends on where you are (the qualification requirements anyway: at least one of you would need a childhood practice degree in Scotland). As for costs, I'd imagine an awful lot.
