Has anyone had a really bad experience with a pre school that you had to complain but apart from the nursery owner there were no other formal channels.. If so what did you do please can you give me some advice. As I am a seriously annoyed mum and only time nursery been in touch while my little boy has been ill is to demand money. This is after he received a head injury after another child stabbed him with a pencil
and no one bothered to tell me and then deny all knowledge of the incident.
Thanks for any help info you may provide. :-)

Ofsted?

Is it a member of the Preschool Learning Alliance? If so you could talk to them. Is it run by a committee? If so then the Officers of the committee are ultimately responsible for ensuring the preschool follows all appropriate procedures etc so if you have a complaint they should be the first point of contact. Ofsted, assuming it's Ofsted reg'd.
