Present for nursery/staff

My DTDs are due to leave nursery next month. They have been going 2.5 days per week for about 18 months, and the staff are wonderful. I would like to get a present for the staff, but have no idea what to get - it's the usual set-up - DTDs have a keyworker (the same one) but I have most contact with the two members of staff who are more in charge. To complicate it, the manager is off on maternity leave, and her replacement also has quite a lot to do with my DTDs, but hasn't been there long. One member of staff is leaving, so we'll probably get her somthing separate as a good luck present, but what's the done thing with the rest of them? At Christmas, we gave a box of chocs to their keyworker, and another, larger box to the staff in general, but I suspect they'll be inundated at the end of the year. Also, I'm never sure how old some of the nursery staff are, so I don't want to get wine.
I suppose I want to get something for the keyworker, and then something for everyone else, as I know it's very much a "team" run place.

Any suggestions gratefully received!

I wokr in a nursery and anything is greatfully received but things I have received in the past include smellies, choolates, home made cakes, wine and so on.

Maybe get something more personal for the keyworker and some cake or chocolates for the others.
