What's the best wind up / solar / usb powered radio? Do not want to spend much.

I've a Duronic AM/FM radio I bought on Amazon. It has a built-in rechargeable battery, as well as being able to be charged via solar power or using a wind up crank (1 min winding gives 20 mins radio time). It also has a built in torch, and you can charge it via USB cable.

How does the solar work on these radios, do you have to press any buttons to charge with solar, or just leave it on a sunny windowsill to do its thing! Thanks.

With the Duronic there's a solar panel on the top, you just need to leave it on a sunny windowsill.

One thing I started to do is to set an alert once a month to charge up all power banks and radios/torches etc. It's so easy to forget and they lose their charge over time, usually just when you need them!
