Prepping for a pandemic

Seeing as pretty much every flu expert says its 'when', not 'if'; what do you reckon are the go to absolute needs for a prep?

Any medical people about who can give the rest of us some handy tips, and specifics?

I know. I think I should probably get off my GFA and catch some tomorrow - I was wondering what to do for dinner!

Wow. This really is bizarre to read now doesn't it? 5 years ago and so much shit down the line. Makes sense to keep prepping.
