I gave birth to my daughter in July & my periods started back up in October & it was perfectly normal - arrived on time, 5 days of bleeding, cramping etc..
Novembers period was exactly the same experienced everything as normal.
December’s period arrived 7 days late than expected (I have the clue app) and everything was pretty normal except for being late.
This months period has been 5 days late but when it’s arrived it’s been three days of spotting rather than an actual period.
I’ve been taking pregnancy tests since day one of my period being late and every single one have been negative - we have been safe I just have been taking the tests to ease my mind.
I knew it would take a while for my periods to become normal again but is it normal to have a period that’s spotting after giving birth. Should I be concerned ?
