Leaking amniotic fluid at 19 weeks

My first child was born prematurely at 30 weeks and I’m currently 19 weeks pregnant with my second.
I had the cervical stitch last week as I have an incompetent and short cervix.
After a swab this week they’ve told me I’m not leaking amniotic fluid! Has anyone else ever been in a similar situation?
I was tested for infections and don’t have any but they’re saying the prognosis for baby is very slim at this point.
I'm totally stuck as to where I go from here and just looking for advice?

Leaking fluid from 19/20 poses a risk to your babies lung development. However, from experience as a mum who's waters leaked form 26 weeks they can replenish and your medical team will monitor you carefully with growth scans.

Are you on bed rest?

Now from a nicu nurse POV experience, I've seen babies born at 25 weeks where premature ruptured membranes happened at 19/20 weeks and baby has done it! But also working in a tertiary unit I've seen some babies not do so well. Really depends on baby. You'll be offered steroid injections and from 22 weeks you should be involved in decision making on what happens if baby arrives from then

Wishing you all the luck
