Tube feeding.

My twins were born at 23+4. Twin 1 came home 3 weeks ago, twin 2 one week ago after 155 days in hospital. Twin 2 has a feeding tube. She was taking majority of her bottles before discharge but we agreed to leave tube in as a back up. She pulled tube out first night home but we agreed with nurse to leave it out as she was doing well on bottles. After a couple of days she was taking less and less so I had to take her to a&e to get tube out back in. They said she looks like she has a bit of thrush so gave meds for that.

Issue is she is now primarily taking everything through the tube. A couple of times a day she will take a full or majority of bottle but the rest of the time it's mainly tube because she screams like I am trying to kill her when I give a bottle. She does have reflux and is on Omeprazole for that, been in that for a couple of months. She has real issue with wind, takes an age to get her to burp but she does fart a lot!

I'm just at a loss to get the tube out. She is pretty teeny so very conscious of her loosing weight. Anybody had anything similar? I thought it was the reflux but it doesn't happen every feed and she seems to tolerate the tube feeds? I just don't know!!!!
