Sleep regression

Mums of prems! My gorgeous little (actually big 😂) 6 weeks prem son is coming up to 16 weeks so 4 months and I’m looking towards his inevitable sleep regression 😅 just wondering if they go through it at their actual age or their corrected age? Thanks xxx

In my experience with anything on a timeline, I always just work it out as between the time they were born and due date and work it out from there obviously all babies are different so it depends on your baby, good luck!

My 6 weeks early DD actually slept better from 4 months (actual) but then she barely slept at all before that so it’s not saying much!

However my 3 weeks early DD2 went through the regression bang on time but at adjusted age not actual. Just when DD1 got hand foot and mouth and DH went away for work
