Thinking about giving this a go as dd is very unsettled with colic / silent reflux type symptoms. Has anyone on here had any experience of this as my health visitor seems to rate it but at £43 per session I want to be sure before going for it?

We did it with our premature twins. One loves is and at 5 still asks to go. The other not so much, but suspect that is more that she doesn't like to be touched by 'strangers'. I would say to try. If you are in London, the OCC (Osteopath Centre for Children) does it for £25 a session.
