My LO has been very upset for three days, screamed most of her awake time. I was trying to accept she was just having one of those phases but caved tonight and took her to the GP. She has an ear infection on both ears 
(cue bad mother award).
She is 8.5 weeks (2.5 corrected) and has been given antibiotics! Have any of you any experience with antibiotics this young?? Also they said alternate nurofen and Calpol. I didn't realise til I was home that nurofen is from three months- do I assume the GP did the "forgot she was Prem thing"
Or do I assume it is totally ok to give her it. I would appreciate your advice!
