Answering some questions please

I wondered if any-one with a premature baby/child would like to answer a small questionaire please.

My Dn is 17 and doing an extended project qualification on premature births and hospital care. She needs approx 10 parents of prems to answer a few questions. If you could help, can you send me a Pm please and then I can forward you the questionaire doc.
