Took my 4 pills today around 6pm. Painful cramps began within 20 mins, started bleeding about 2 hours later. Passed some tissue on the toilet. Went to lay back down. Took the other 2 tablets at 9:30 and changed first pad. Within half an hour I had to rush to the toilet with horrific diarrhea, cramping and bleeding. DP brought me codeine on the loo. I took that and went to bed. Around 12:20 I got up from laying down for a couple of hours and felt a gush. My pad was soaked through.
Changed pad and underwear and got back into bed. Unsure if the sudden gush was due to being lay down for so long and then standing up?
Pad changed at 12:20. Now 1am and this pad is already quite full. How long should I monitor this before it’s concerning?
Pain is still there but died down a lot. No foul smell or fever or signs of infection. I’ve had sepsis when giving birth to my last child so feel I’d recognise this.
Does this sound normal? For reference, I’d be 7 weeks today.
