Antenatal courses

I’m a first time mum and have signed up to the free NHS antenatal courses.
I’m just wondering whether it would be useful to sign up to a paid course too; NCT or happy parents happy baby? (And if so which one!)
i want to make sure I have all the information and not sure what to do for the best!

The free nhs ones were online were I am, so I didn't find very useful and they couldn't even share videos well (eyeroll). From a social side, not helpful. I went with happy parent purely because they are a good bit cheaper than nct and offer additional online live q&a sessions with doctor etc that are recorded.
