Abortion at 6 weeks pregnant

Hi guys. I’m really hoping I can get some reassurance on here. I’m currently undergoing a medical abortion. I was 6 weeks yesterday and took the first pill yesterday too. I’m taking the next 4 today at 1.30pm. I had no side effects from the first pill except today I’ve woken up with kind of strong cramps like a period. I am absolutely terrified to take the next 4. I have health anxiety as it is so as you can imagine, my anxiety has massively increased today and I cannot take my mind off of it. Has anyone had an abortion at 6 weeks before and how was the pain? I went through BPAS and didn’t get sent any codeine so is paracetamol and ibuprofen going to be enough? I also have heat pads, hot water bottle & deep heat to help. Any comments I would greatly appreciate to make me feel less anxious about this whole thing. Thank you 😊

Bad but bearable and it was all over in 4-6 hours. Just seen the timings and you must be going through it now. Sending you all the support... you've got this.

Following and sending a handhold OP. I might have to go through this too. How are you doing now @Annonymous2001

I can honestly say the whole lead up to doing it was worse than the actual process. I can genuinely say it was just like a bad period for me. I took 1000mg of paracetamol 30 minutes before and had about 10 minutes of bad pain but was completely manageable. Deep Heat was an absolute godsend on my lower stomach just as an fyi! Today I feel the best I’ve felt for 4 weeks. Obviously it’s not a nice thing to go through at all but I’m shocked that 24 hours after I feel completely fine. I still have bleeding but no cramps or other side effects. Sending you lots of love xx

How are you @Annonymous2001? I've just booked my appointment with the nurse next week. Dreading the process. I got a positive pregnancy test today I still feel in shock.
