Abortion on blood thinners

Please can anyone tell me if they’ve had a termination while on blood thinners?
I am due to take the medical route Monday but am on anticoagulant injections and whatever to know if anyone else has been through this while on blood thinners?

I'm not a doctor, but that seems like it could be dangerous as many people bleed a lot when having medical abortion. Did you tell the provider that you are on blood thinners?
