Too sick to attend my leaving drinks…

I am 6 weeks pregnant with my second and am soooo nauseous, pretty much constantly, even in the night.
Long story short, we are supposed to be moving, things have been delayed, but I’d already handed in my notice at work so finished a week or so ago.
My leaving drinks are this evening - I thought even this morning that I might be able to pull myself together and go, but I just went for a walk and I am just so sick and tired, I don’t think I can.
M problem is I feel like if I just say I’m ill i’ll risk a) sounding like I just can’t be arsed (my colleagues (I work on a farm) are quite a hardy, unsympathetic lot! 😅) and b) risking requests to reschedule, and I may not be able to go then either…

Should I just tell everyone I’m pregnant? (Will have to say it on a group chat). It’s not like I’m going to see most of them ever again anyway! (Moving to another county).

Yes, just tell them you're pregnant.
