I hope someone can help :(

Yesterday I took the first tablet and later today I and due to take the 4 misoprostal. I have been having cramping since about 10pm last night and woke up at 6 am cramping too I have a hot water bottle and taken ibuprofen but I’m getting scared now to put the misoprostal in later I’m so scared of the pain and what might happen.

will It ramp up like labour pains or will I stand up and loads of stuff just fall out of me - I am 5 wk
why am I already getting pains from the first tablet?

Hi, can you contact the medical provider who sent you the tablets. They should have a patient care telephone line. I didn't feel anything from the first tablets personally, and with the second it was definitely more falling out of me than labour pains. I did call when I was scared like you and they were very helpful. Sounds like you've given birth, asking about labour pains? It's easy on comparison.

Thank you I did it all yesterday and It was so straight forward out the 2nd lot in at 5pm bleeding started at 7.30 only 1 pad at 10.30 I went to the toilet and there it was - I rang nupas to describe what I saw and she said based on my notes she was confident what I had described was the pregnancy.

what suprised me was that it was hard it wasn’t like a clot or anything it was hard ball of gristle.
I felt so mean seeing it there but at the same time I am so grateful that we have this choice.

today I have cramping still and bleeding I am guessing that’s be expected?

I bled for quite a while after, maybe 3 weeks, and quite heavy first few days.

Allthough maybe I'm mixing up with postnatal. Best to call nupas.
