What to do!

I'm 43, have a 20 year old and a 19 year old. Being investigated for Peri menopause 😔 to my absolute shock tested positive for pregnancy approximately 5 weeks...
Currently taking cocodomol for back issues.
I'm in a state of disbelief but realistically I feel too old for this.
Any wise words would be greatfully received? Please no negativity I'm well aware of contraception 🙏

@TheKookyAquaJoker i’m not sure I have any wise words, but solidarity - I’ll be 40 in a few months and am expecting my first. I have two step-daughters in their 20s too- it’s going to be… interesting 😅 what I lack in energy perhaps I’ll make up for in wisdom? I can hope! 😂
