Help ! I’m panicking

Hi,
I took the second lot of pills for a medical abortion 6 hours ago and The 3rd lot 3 hours later and although I have bad cramps I’m still not passing any blood.

im starting to panic that it’s not working which is making me feel sick.
whats the normal and when do I need to start worrying please?

10 hours and still no bleeding and cramps have subsided . Any advice would be really helpful please?

I went to the hospital as still no bleeding. They’re not sure what’s happened and I’m having more tests tomorrow.
