Medical Abortion failure?

I found out exactly a week ago I was around 4 weeks pregnant. I do not have the best conditions right now to have a baby and there is many things that influenced my choice as hard as it was. I went to a gp providing abortion services and we decided I would have a medical abortion . I had to wait three days before I could have the medication . So last Friday I went to gp and I took mifepristone . I then waited 24 hours(Saturday 4pm ) and I took 2 tablets of 400 micrograms of misoprostol
.
I had no bleeding or cramping so I waited 4 hours (sat 8pm) as instructed by gp and took the spare singular 400 mcg of misoprostol.

It took 30 hours after my first initial doses to start to bleed(Sunday 10pm) . It was extremely light and still today over 48 hours after my initial dose there’s barely any blood. When I pee it’s pink in the toilet and when I wipe there is very light blood. I’ve seen maybe 2 very tinyyyy clots probably smaller than the tip of my baby finger .

I’ve had absolutely no cramping at all which is fairly normal for me as I never cramp during my period however I probably should be experiencing some. The unusual thing is that lack of blood it should be heavier than my period and I get heavy periods. My doctor is sending me for an ultrasound but I’m so stressed out because in Ireland it’s 12 weeks legally you can have an abortion. I’m 5 weeks now and I’m worried of a delay in this process . I don’t think I’ve bled nearly enough for it to be successful , has anyone had something similar happen to them?

Have you gotten an answer yet as to whether you are still pregnant? Your head must be a mess, I'm so sorry.
