Possible failed abortion at 6wks

Monday. First tablet and a anti sickness at roughly 10am felt fine.
Tuesday. 12pm i l put the 4 tablets in my gums one on each side. at around 4pm i inserted the last two into my vagina .
Around 6pm i blead enough to fill a pad and a very small clot also. Since then i have had spotting/very light bleeding when wiping.
was it enough bleeding? My clinic told me to wait until the 2 week mark for the special pregnancy test.

My clinic also said to contact them if you only have light bleeding after 48

Ive been told to wait two weeks even though the bleeding has stopped completely now.
