Hello, I had a missed miscarriage (6w + 1 day) but should be 10/11 weeks. I took 4 misoprostol last Friday ( 4 days ago) and had medium bleeding about an hour afterwards and then light bleeding after that, no clots. The bleeding has pretty much stopped and now just spotting. I’ve had very minimal pain and wondered if this just hasn’t worked? I was expecting clots, more blood and pain and think surely it must not have worked. Anyone have any similar experiences?
