Normal experience?

I am currently in the process of a medical abortion. I took the first pill at 9am yesterday morning, had nothing until around 7am today ( just mild period cramps and light bleeding )

I took 2x codeine and 2x paracetamol about half an hour before inserted the 4 other tablets vaginally. I then started bleeding like a normal period but not heavy, a few small clots and then needed a number 2. When I sat down for this I passed a rather large clot, id say like a large grape maybe? I assume this was the pregnancy.. and have had just mild cramping and normal / light blood flow since. Ive not needed any more painkillers and no heavy bleeding. I was 6 weeks 4 days.

Is this normal? Was it just because of the codeine why I have felt ok? Im not sure if I should insert the other 2 just to make sure..

Hi did you have to take the other 2? I am currently in the process of mine and it has been 3 hours and I have only had light bleeding and minimal cramping??

No I didn't. Mine was similar to a period but I definitely have had periods heavier before. I just decided to wait it out and did a pregnancy test a few weeks after and it was negative x
