After abortion bleeding

Hey.
I had a medical termination on Wednesday at 7+3.
The full situation wasn't as bad as I had made myself believe it would be but 4 days on I'm still cramping and heavy period like bleeding with some stringy clots.
Does anyone know of this is considered normal and if anyone's experience a medical termination before what was your experience like post abortion ?
I'm an over thinker and scared of an infection.

It sounds fairly normal to me, I think I was told to expect bleeding for up to 3 weeks & it went on for 2 at least. Keep an eye on it & if you feel generally unwell or notice anything change such as offensive smell or significant increase then definitely seek a follow up.

Thats normal. You can bleed for a couple of weeks
