Bpas form

Hi all
i filled out a bpas online form. When I press submit request, nothing happens but the page automatically scrolls to the top. On a form, this normally means a question has been missed out. I haven’t missed out anything.
Shouldnt there be some sort of acknowledgment (such as, form received we will contact you via email etc)
Theres nothing in my emails or texts

Yes, there should be confirmation that it was received
Smthg must be wrong

Ok I’ve filled it out MULTIPLE times on DIFFERENT devices. Why won’t it work?!

Maybe try tomorrow morning, I had similar issue when doing late at night

Just in case anyone else has experienced this.
I rang and they said sometimes this error occurs when submitting the form using a phone browser.
